◆ Chlorine Cutter Mn


  Manganese removing media without chlorine
   Chlorine Cutter Mn has a removal mechanism by direct oxidation process which is basically different from the traditional removing process with special filter media . We need not to control residual chlorine as sodium hypochlorite is not used. And manganese removal is not affected by concentration and type of residual chlorine.
■ Feature

1) Reduction of chloric acid and bromic acid
If ammonia nitrogen is contained, the reduction amount is increased in comparison with the contact oxidation. 〔Rate(mg/L) of in Chlorine amount for contact oxidation = ammonia nitrorgen(mg/L) × 10(Approx.)〕
2) Reduction of running cost for chemical
If ammonia nitrogen is contained, the reduction amount is increased in comparison with the contact oxidation. 〔The comparison(JPY) between rate of chlorine injection amount and usage amount of regenerate agent for the Treated water 1m3〕
3) No need to control the residual chlorine
There is no need to control the residual chlorine since sodium hypochlorite is not normally used. The capacity of demanganization of Chlorine Cutter Mn does not have an influence to the concentration of chlorine and residual chlorine (free chlorine and combined chlorine) like the contact oxidation. The contact oxidation is difficult for demanganization treatment to control the concentration of effective free chlorine due to a lot of changes in case ammonia nitrogen is contained.
