Besides its manganese contents, the crystal structure forms β type, not taking an amorphous structure, since it is crystallized over a long period of time without using chemical oxidation treatment. This crystal structure is considered to be the best structure for color removal.
FEATURES
- Just by using an oxidizing agent such as sodium hypochlorite, manganese and humic chromaticity can be removed, and stable water quality can be ensured.
- Except in special cases, flocculent settling tanks and aeration tanks are not required. In addition to space-saving, maintenance and management costs will be reduced since it does not use chemicals such as flocculants.
- Scaly crystals can be seen on the surface of the filter medium. The β-type crystal structure is suitable for removing humic chromaticity.
- Such extremely high porosity makes it difficult to clog, making it full-layer filtration, which will increase the filtration rate.
- It has superior abrasion performance compared to conventional special filter medium, and if maintenance and management conditions can be prepared, the service life will be greatly extended.
Applications
When raw water such as groundwater contains manganese and humic chromaticity, it exhibits excellent removal performance.
